We’re looking for a business development representative to help us build upon our growing SaaS business supporting the world’s largest investors(hedge funds, PE funds, VCs, and asset managers) and the most recognizable consumer/retail businesses. You’ll help enable the success of a fast-growing and well-funded technology startup by building and executing a sales development playbook.
You’ll generate new revenue opportunities by developing, and qualifying prospective clients, collaborate with marketing to evolve demand generation programs, and partner closely with business development to build the pipeline and reach team revenue goals.
In this role, you will:
  • Build and execute playbooks for account-based and persona-based outbound prospecting using personalized pitches.
  • Nurture outbound prospects by educating them and identify value in Second Measure’s product.
  • Research and engage with inbound leads as part of the qualification process.
  • Partner with the marketing team to help refine campaigns, content, and tactics to create high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to share appropriate account intelligence needed to close new business: use cases, opportunities for value, and buyer profiles.
About you:
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in institutional investor sales, or selling enterprise related products.
  • You have cross functional experience working across sales, marketing and/or revenue operations teams.
  • You’re interested in researching and identifying prospective client requirements and opportunities, and have an ability to communicate unique value propositions.
  • You have strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • You have experience with and Outreach preferred.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and enjoy bringing new ideas to the company.
